Hodag tennis picks up two more wins in Wausau
The Hodags won two more on Saturday, defeating Wausau East and Wausau West by matching 4-3 scores in a non-conference triangular in Wausau. The wins moved Rhinelander to 4-0 on the season — all of which have been 4-3 wins over Division 1 schools.

Hodag offense erupts in rout of Three Lakes
Sophie Miljevich scored four goals, Vivian Lamers scored twice and Lindsey Hoerchler added a goal and three assists in the Hodags’ 8-0 rout of Three Lakes at Mike Webster Stadium.

Hodag baseball drops two in Mauston
Big late innings cost the Hodags in an 8-1 loss Friday night to Hortonville and in a 13-3 loss to Barron on Saturday at the Woodside Sports Complex.
Hodag soccer drops season-opening games to Eau Claire North, Marshfield
The Hodags were shutout in their contests, losing 1-0 Friday to Eau Claire North and 3-0 Saturday to Marshfield. The games were originally scheduled to be held in the Hodag Dome but were moved following the dome’s deflation due to damage sustained March 30.
Team Preview: RHS boys’ tennis
It has been 12 years since anyone other than Rhinelander has won the Great Northern Conference boys’ tennis championship. In order for the Hodags to keep that steak going this year, they’ll need to reload after graduating a number of players from the top of their varsity lineup.
