The Rhinelander High School girls’ track team had a strong performance on Thursday, April 16, winning seven of 18 events, as it cruised to the team title in the eight-team Marathon Invite.

The Rhinelander High School baseball team performed well against Great Northern Conference newcomer Merrill on April 16. The Hodags beat the Bluejays 11-1 in five innings — pounding out five doubles as part of a 13-hit performance at Stafford Field.

Local talent shreds at USASA Nationals in Colorado
Earlier this year, when the cooler weather kept the snow strong, members of the Rhinelander/Northland Pines Alpine team competed at the United States of America Snowboard and Freeski Association (USASA) races at Alpine Valley in Elkhorn, Wisconsin.
RHS baseball wins home opener
The Rhinelander High School baseball team had a strong home opener against Northland Pines on April 14. The Hodags beat the Eagles 7-2 at Stafford Field and committed no errors in the contest.
