After nine games on the road, including six on artificial turf, the Rhinelander High School baseball team was finally able to play on the friendly confines of Stafford Field on Friday, and the Hodags scored a win in their first home game.

Rhinelander High School alum Bradley Comer, a senior for the UW-Stevens Point baseball team, earned position player of the week honors in the Wisconsin Intercollegiate Athletic Conference, the WIAC announced on Tuesday.

Hodag soccer keeps rolling, blanks Pines
The Rhinelander High School girls' soccer team continued its strong play Tuesday night. Ava Lamers recorded a hat trick and the Hodags turned in their fourth straight shutout in a 4-0 victory over Northland Pines at Mike Webster Stadium.
