Joan Nancy Martinson
Joan Nancy Martinson, age 90, of Rhinelander, passed away peacefully at home. Born February 25, 1936, in Racine to Orvan and Molly (Adensen) Ulstad. She was a 1955 graduate of St. Catherine’s High School in Racine, and married Richard “Dick” Martinson in 1958. She was a homemaker who found joy in raising her three sons, and she and Dick moved to the Northwoods in 1987. Joan enjoyed many trips abroad with her sister, MaryJane, over the years, and with her dear friend Pat Beaufeaux.
