The Wisconsin-based nonprofit, Angel On My Shoulder, is seeking a little help from the community this holiday season. The organization, which is dedicated to improving the quality of life for those living with or affected by cancer, is encouraging area residents to help alleviate stress for Wisconsin families coping with the disease.
