The Rhinelander Prep League team ended its Northwoods season on a positive note Tuesday. Vince White struck out 12 over four innings and the Hodags routed Lakeland 13-3 in five innings at Stafford Field.
Rebels edge Northwoods 5-2
Sam Schneider did a little bit of everything for the Rhinelander Post 7 Rebels on Tuesday. The senior hit a pair of RBI triples, completed a key out at the plate defensively and pitched two perfect innings of relief as the Rebels got past Northwoods 5-2 in Eagle River.

Hodag Soccer Club Plays in Stevens Point
The Hodag Soccer Club took part on the Portage County Youth Soccer Classic tournament last weekend in Stevens Point, finishing second with its U17 boys' and U14 girls' teams.
