ArtStart to open final exhibition of 2014
Rhinelander ArtStart will showcase the works of two Midwestern artists in its final exhibition for the 2014 season opening Thursday, Nov. 20. Both featured artists, painter T.L. Solien and ceramicist Debbie Kupinsky, have exhibited internationally and are currently teaching in Wisconsin universities.
