Lakeland edges Rhinelander 24-18 in season finale
Lakeland's Jake Rexroade caught a pair of touchdown passes, including one that proved to be the game-winner, as the Thunderbirds defeated Rhinelander 24-18 Friday in the Northwoods Axe Game at River Valley Bank Field.

Swimming: Hodags tamed by Tomahawk
Tomahawk won every race, and added a pair of 1-2 finishes, as they defeated the Hodags 106-64 at Hatchet Pool.
Hodag soccer closes regular season with 2-1 win over Medford
Martin Hoger and Matthew Von Oepen hooked up for a pair of goals and the Hodags defeated Medford 2-1 at Raider Field to finish in sole possession of third place in the Great Northern Conference.
