The School District of Rhinelander (SDR) school board approved the use of up to $1,150,000 from unused contingency funds and interest earned on the capital project referendum to renovate the Pelican Elementary School playground, construct a district maintenance and storage building and to remodel the Rhinelander High School (RHS) Fitness Center.
