Joyce Elaine Bishop, age 96, died on February 27, 2026, at her home surrounded by her family. She was born on November 15, 1929, to John and Freda (Schoepke) Collier in Monico. She married Clarence “Buck” Bishop on March 11, 1950. They lived in Rhinelander from 1950 to 1960 and then moved to Milwaukee in 1960.
