A jury trial on Oct. 29-30 has been scheduled in Oneida County Circuit Court for a 37-year-old Minnesota man accused of sexually related crimes. Arrested in Rhinelander Feb. 14, Creighton Mithaugen of Faribault, Minn., was charged with one count apiece of the Class C felonies of attempting 2nd degree sexual assault of a child and using a computer to facilitate a child sex crime.
