Rhinelander man charged with substantial battery felony
A Rhinelander man is currently in custody in the Oneida County Jail with a $3,000 signature bond set. Michael Allen Ruesch, 48, is alleged to have beaten a woman bloody on July 16 in the town of Pine Lake. According to the officer’s supplemental report that accompanied the criminal complaint, he is said to have been dating the woman for two months.
