Stella town board hears of possible right-of-way encroachment, start of ARIP culvert installations
The search is on for the official location of a road in the town of Stella. At the July 14 regular monthly meeting of the Stella town board, resident Kate Easton and Oneida County Planning and Zoning director Karl Jennrich were on hand for an agenda item regarding the alleged encroachment of Easton’s garage on the town’s right-of-way on Cambria Point Road.
