Not long ago, Truman Lamers was a singular scholar-athlete in the Rhinelander High School Class of 2025. As academically nimble as he was physically athletic, he kept up a 4.563 GPA while leading the Hodags’ football, basketball and track teams as captain, earning all-conference honors in each and competing at state in high jump.
