Filling the seat of the departed Patrick Reagan, interim city administrator Adam Gitter experienced his first full Rhinelander Common Council meeting Monday, Aug. 10, at Rhinelander City Hall. Innovative Public Advisors, who provided Gitter as part of their service in helping Rhinelander find a new city administrator, brought to the meeting some details in need of decisions for the search process.
