Two items advanced at Newbold plan commission meeting
Two agenda items got the nod to advance to the full town board at the Newbold plan commission’s Aug. 6 meeting, held at the Newbold Community Center. Rezone Petition #03-2026 by owners and applicants Ryan and Sarah Berghammer, to rezone from District #2 Single Family Residential to District #4 Residential and Farming, was approved to move on to the town board after administrative review fees are paid.
