Cash bond of $100K set for Lake Tomahawk man charged with possession of child pornography
A $100,000 cash bond has been set for a Lake Tomahawk man currently in the Oneida County Jail. Thomas Allen Simonis, 63, was charged with one count of possession of child pornography, a class D felony. If convicted, he faces a fine of up to $100,000 plus $500 for each image or copy of an image associated with the crime, or imprisonment for up to 25 years, or both.
