With a ceremonial groundbreaking last Friday, July 31, Habitat for Humanity Northwoods Wisconsin has begun its latest Rhinelander project, this time for future homeowner Rachel Metzer, a dedicated Navy veteran and Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA).
