Douglas A. Alderton, age 79, died peacefully on December 26, 2024, while in palliative care with Aspirus Wausau Hospital. He was born on March 7, 1945, in Baraboo, to George and Winifred (Butler) Alderton. Doug attended schools in Rhinelander and graduated from RHS in 1963.
