Rhinelander community unites to fight Alzheimer’s
The greater Rhinelander community came together Saturday, Sept. 21 in a powerful show of support at this year’s Walk to End Alzheimer’s at the Hodag Dome. “Thanks to the dedication and generosity of more than 300 participants from across Oneida and Langlade counties, the event is expected to raise more than $140,000,” organizers announced in a press release. “These vital funds will directly support local services including support groups, educational resources, information and referral services, care and support, advocacy efforts, and the Alzheimer’s Association’s 24/7 Helpline: 800.272.3900.
