Seth Wakefield wasn't present when Christopher Anderson gunned down Hannah Miller on a local roadside last summer but her blood is on his hands all the same, Oneida County circuit judge Mike Bloom said Tuesday before sentencing the 26-year-old Rhinelander man to 5 1/2 years in prison to be followed by 6 1/2 years extended supervision.
