Judith A. Hogan of Rhinelander, passed away at her residence on Tuesday, Dec. 28, 2021. Judy was born in Milwaukee on October 10, 1942. She met her husband, Thomas S. Hogan, at UW-Oshkosh and they married on June 19, 1965. The couple moved to Rhinelander a few years later to make their home in the Northwoods and raise their daughter Heather and son Steven.
