An Oneida County jury needed only 15 minutes Monday afternoon to find a 69-year-old Rhinelander woman guilty of homicide by use of a vehicle (with a detectable amount of a restricted controlled substance) in connection with a fatal rollover accident in Minocqua in June 2020. (subscriber access)
