I. Russell Hutter, age 88, passed away on Thursday, May 26, 2022. He was born Aug. 8, 1933 in Beloit, the son of Irvin "Casey" and Phyllis (Davis) Hutter. His parents owned and operated the Hutter Shoe Store in Milton where he spent his childhood. (subscriber access)
