Goal is to streamline ordinance for small farmers

The Oneida County Land and Water Conservation committee has been working on a proposed ordinance pertaining to manure storage. A subcommittee was formed to look at the proposed ordinance more closely and bring suggestions back to the full committee. (subscriber access)
