U.S. Sen. Tammy Baldwin visited Rhinelander Wednesday to see the city's two shuttered wells and inform local officials there is money included in the bipartisan Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act and the follow-up $3.5 trillion budget reconciliation act to help small cities like Rhinelander address the problem of so-called "forever chemicals" in their drinking water systems.
