A 69-year-old Rhinelander woman charged with homicide by vehicle (use of a controlled substance) in connection with a fatal accident last summer on Pine Lake Road in Minocqua made her initial appearance in Oneida County Circuit Court Tuesday and will have her preliminary hearing May 20.
