Virtual reception to be held Feb. 4
ArtStart in Rhinelander kicked off its 2021 exhibition schedule with the annual Free For Wall community art exhibition. Titled "Quarantine," this year's exhibit was expanded beyond hangable art to include music, performance, writing and all other forms of art created during the COVID-19 pandemic. (subscriber access)
