When the COVID-19 pandemic forced everyone into their homes back in March, individuals across the community responded with small acts of beautification such as sidewalk chalk drawings. Now locals and seasoned chalkers alike will have an opportunity to share their chalk art with the community at large via Chalkfest in downtown Rhinelander. (subscriber access)
