As we report in today's edition, Linda Conlon, Oneida County's public health officer, has apparently decided that the economic hardships brought about by the Evers lockdown weren't dire enough, so she has now adopted a policy that will surely cause even more economic damage, that is, to name businesses that were visited by persons testing positive for Covid-19.
