The Oneida County sheriff's office arrested a 42-year-old Rhinelander man Tuesday on suspicion of child enticement, using a computer to facilitate a child sex crime, and attempted second degree sexual assault of a child in connection with an Internet Crimes against Children (ICAC) investigation.
