Brief refutes claim that judge Michael Bloom exceeded authority on sentence
The State of Wisconsin filed a brief opposing the motion filed by a 19-year-old former Rhinelander woman with the Wisconsin Court of Appeals in December 2017 challenging the severity of the sentence an Oneida County judge handed down to her in June 2016 for a double homicide to which she had pled guilty.(subscriber access)
