The Rhinelander Area Silent Trails Association (RASTA) has received two Recreational Trails Act (RTA) Grants from the Wisconsin DNR to reroute and construct approximately 5,900 feet of single-track mountain bike, hiking and snowshoe trails at the Washburn Lake Silent Sports Trails Area.
