Residents can expect downtown Rhinelander to sport a new look this holiday season as the City Council voted unanimously Sept. 11 to take a portion of the downtown streetscape budget earmarked for bike racks, trash receptacles and benches and use it to pay half of the cost of new holiday decorations for downtown streetlight poles.
