100 years: Farm adapts, bridges and connects five generations

This fall as the Herman family of Oneida County harvests another potato crop, it will celebrate 100 years of continuous operation and the labor of five generations.In August, 12 members of the family, which operates Hermans' Clover Valley Farm, met in West Allis to receive the Wisconsin State Fair's Century Farm and Home Award.
