Filing could result in liquidation of some debts
St. Germain businessmen David J. and Brian E. Eliason are no longer facing criminal securities fraud charges, however they are not through with lawyers and courtrooms. Less than a week after Forest County Judge Leon Stenz signed an order dismissing 10 counts of securities fraud filed against the brothers in February 2016, the two men filed for Chapter 7 Bankruptcy in the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Wisconsin.
