Stevens Street paved
The weather finally cooperated Wednesday, allowing Northeast Asphalt to put down the final layer of paving on Stevens Street. The pavement markings were painted on Thursday and the street reopened Friday. Although this was the last major paving portion of the $9.8 million downtown streetscape project, there still are small portions left to be completed. The target deadline for completion remains June 30.
