Lisa White was the lucky winner of this year's PBIS Car Giveaway at Rhinelander High School. She won a 2005 Chevy Trailblazer donated by Rhinelander GM, and refurbished by RHS students through support of the PBIS and local businesses. Positive Behavior Interventions and Supports, or PBIS, is a program that focuses on collecting and analyzing data on student behaviors, in order to encourage a school environment of respect and rapport, and to reinforce the positive behaviors demonstrated by students. After collecting, analyzing and supporting positive behaviors throughout the 2016-17 school year, the PBIS team chooses a student to receive a car. Each student eligible to win the car receives a key. The student whose key turns the car on wins the vehicle.
