Worms generally enjoy wet conditions, but they are not necessarily conducive to competitive racing. With a threat of rain in the forecast Wednesday afternoon, Rhinelander District Library officials had no choice but to move the 29th annual Great Library Worm Race from its usual location of "Wiggly Field" to the more comfortable confines of the children's department.
