In conjunction with the School of the Arts Legacy Writer's Retreat program, University Wisconsin Professor emeritus and author Jerry Apps, will speaking about his latest work "Never Curse the Rain" at 1 p.m. Saturday, Aug. 5 at at the Rhinelander District Library.
