Kiwanis honors

The Kiwanis Club of Rhinelander honored two outstanding RHS seniors at a recent weekly meeting. Faith Bartelt, left, is involved in drama, choir, band, jazz band, FBLA/DECA, math league and is president of the RHS National Honor Society. She will pursue a bachelor's degree in fine arts, with the University of Indiana-Bloomington her top choice of schools. Max Holperin, right, is the secretary of FBLA/DECA and attended the FBLA nationals last year. He is a member of the Mock Trial team and RHS band. He also serves on the Oneida County Teen Court, and participated in the State Finance and Investment Bowl. He plans on attending the University of Wisconsin-Madison upon graduation.
