YMCA Fish Fundraiser
Community members turned out at the YMCA of the Northwoods Friday not to exercise but to enjoy a tasty dinner benefiting the active older adult program. Attendees filled their plates with baked fish, cole slaw, buttered baby red potatoes, baked beans and bread, followed by a desert of homemade apple cake and/or ice cream.The proceeds from the event will help the department provide educational, fitness and social programs for seniors. It will also be used to help seniors with a limited income afford the membership.
