A member of Boy Scout troop 660 has updated the trail at the Rhinelander-Oneida County Airport as his Eagle Scout project.Martin Hoger, a 15-year-old a sophomore at Rhinelander High School, observed that individuals using the airport didn't have a scenic place to stretch their legs.
