What is the Diversity Club?
The Diversity Club is a little known club that has a big impact at Rhinelander High School.  The club began in the spring of 2013 after a school climate survey on bullying, harassment and safety showed the need for improvement. School counselor Susan Laufenberg founded the "group" teaching interested volunteer students bullying definitions, roles played in bullying, and strategies to prevent bullying.
