The Rhinelander Area Chamber of Commerce has announced the winner of its first monthly photo contest."One photo was selected out of the 11 entries submitted; the photo chosen as the winner for June 2016 Summer Fun and Outdoor photo theme was taken just off of U.S. Highway 8 in Rhinelander," the chamber said in a press release. The photo of a moose was taken and submitted by Debbie Becker.
