In the four years that the Rhinelander High School Positive Behavior Interventions and Supports (PBIS) team has been giving away a car as an incentive for students to model proper behavior, the lucky winner has been a freshman.This year, Makayla Koser was the only student out of 10 finalists with the key that not only unlocked the 2006 Chevy HHR donated by Rhinelander GM, but also started it.
