The Rhinelander Rotary Club has a new leader. John O'Melia is shown passing the gavel for the 2016-2017 Rhinelander Rotary President position to Rhinelander Police Chief Mike Steffes. The club also made a donation to the Rhinelander Food Pantry in recognition of O'Melia's year of service as president of the club.
