The Nicolet College Foundation has selected the college's culinary arts department and business instructor David Phillips for the annual Dr. Robert Steger Awards.The culinary arts department, represented by instructor Kevin Brown, received the $1,000 Dr. Robert Steger Innovation Award to increase sustainability aspects to the program, the college said in a press release.
