An unidentified water skier gets some practice in before thunderstorms hit the Rhinelander area Thursday morning. According to the National Weather Service in Green Bay, it looks like the rest of the Independence Day weekend will bring great weather for water skiing, or any other outdoor activity, with sunny skies and highs in the lower 80s.
