Winners of conservation poster and speaking contest announced
The Oneida County Land and Water Conservation Department recently hosted its annual conservation speaking and poster contest at the Oneida County Courthouse in Rhinelander. The contest reaches out to area youth in kindergarten through 12th grade to create messages about conservation and environmental awareness.
